IMC

Brunchers! I promised you that in December that we would do a couple reviews on new places. This past Sunday we visited IMC for their Bottomless Brunch. Here’s what we thought:

Food 10/10- Bam! Super impressed with the overall menu and quality options as apart of their bottomless brunch. We started with the Pastry Basket, which consisted of a mixed variety of in-house baked good, accompanied by the most delicious strawberry jam you may ever have! Then we ordered some Oysters and Shrimp Cocktail. The quality was so fresh and jumbo size per piece so you felt you were getting your money’s worth. I ordered for my entree the Country Fried Chicken Cutlet, which was a perfectly cooked and tender chicken cutlet dressed with two overeasy eggs, with a side of hash browns and watercrest salad. The chicken was almost melt in your mouth how tender it was. Also ordered was the Vegetarian Hash Bowl and the Crab Cake Benedict

Drinks 9/10- The drink were nearly as impressive as the food! The Bloody Mary was perfect! Had some spice, thickness and a good amount of horseradish, and to top it off, was dressed well. The Sangria was also phenomenal (both red and white). Full of flavor and strong! The only knock on it was the lack of fruit in it. The Mimosa was also really good, however didn’t have a great champagne-to-orange juice ratio.

Experience 9/10- A new-look, upscale vibe with fun music, this is a great place to spend your Sunday funday with your friends and family or even go on a date. Due to the lack of bottomless brunch spots in Huntington, this is a must-go for the community. Staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Only knock was the lack of people in there, however I’m sure their attendance will go up once people find out this place is great.

Deal 6/10- As much as I like this brunch, it was pretty expensive. However, you normally pay for quality and a positive experience. Plus, a 2 hour bottomless limit is more than enough to feel like it’s worth it.

We thank IMC for having us and look forward to trying their brunch in the future! Stay tuned for more bottomless brunch reviews throughout Long Island! 🥂
